BASIC ACCOUNTABILITY
The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor directs the electrical maintenance team as well as provides support to the upstream and midstream operations, mechanical, and engineering teams.
 

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
North Dakota Journeyman's License
 
EXPERIENCE
Requires a minimum of ten years of instrumentation and electrical experience in the oil and gas industry.
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• execute and manage electrical work related to the corrective and preventative maintenance programs.
• Work with production engineers and foreman putting together work scope and cost estimates for projects.
• Work with material management team to identify and manage critical spare inventory. 

• Communicate best practices on electrical installations with the maintenance and facilities teams.

• Work in conjunction with safety, environmental and field operations personnel to optimize site safety and environmental performance.

• Participate in hand over to operations of new facilities and midstream assets.

• Good understanding of API 500 and the NEC as pertaining to Electrical installations on oil and gas facilities to provide support to the field team.

• Review, cost track, and approve field tickets and invoices.

• Possess the commitment to stop work if an unsafe condition exists.

• Intermediate Level computer skills
