The Software Developer could have the opportunity for a remote work schedule.

 

This role will be part of a team that builds custom software and works with our business teams to identify and develop scalable, enterprise-class solutions. They must be passionate about writing clean code and creating high-quality software. They will leverage cloud-based and emerging technologies to enhance our products and maximize reliability. They must be comfortable communicating with a variety of audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
 

Essential Functions
• Be comfortable working in an Agile environment
• Develop solutions with the software development lifecycle in mind
• Communicate clearly with the development team, project manager, leadership and stakeholders
• Build and maintain the services and APIs that power our platform
• Frameworks include .NET (C#), Angular and React Native
• Create simple, clean code to power new features and refactor existing code to improve performance, stability, and maintainability
• Write unit tests and help ensure product reliability
• Focus on details without losing sight of the goal
• Deploy infrastructure code and work with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
 

Prerequisites
• 3+ years of software development experience - CS or related degree a plus
• Experience with relational databases required
• Experience writing unit tests with appropriate application coverage required
• Object Oriented Programming Background required – C# experience is a plus
• Experience building and working with web APIs
• Experience with web development – Angular experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels and in all mediums
