BASIC ACCOUNTABILITY
The Facilities & Real Estate Professional-Design Project Manager will be responsible for providing support to the Facilities and Real Estate Team, including space design, space reconfiguration coordination, construction coordination, coordinating vendor support to facilitate various FF&E repairs and maintenance services, restack/move management, and other duties to meet Company’s corporate facilities requirements and overarching Company goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• 7+ years demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced multi-facility environment, with a focus on providing the best service to a multifaceted group of customers. Ability to read construction documents, and thorough understanding of the design and construction process.
• Initiate space and design programming with stakeholders, execute space planning/schematic design, AutoCAD drafting of construction documents including electrical, mechanical, reflected ceiling, finish, furniture, millwork, elevation plans/details.
• Selection and specification of and budgeting for commercial FF&E for corporate workplaces, industrial spaces, and hospitality settings. 
• Manage the maintenance of FF&E through asset lifecycle.
• Manage the design, procurement, and management of building signage.
• Manage art inventory.
• Oversee construction projects from initial design phase through completion; coordinate work with contractors/outside vendors, effectively communicate project goals, design intent and scope. Maintain project schedules. Coordinate project requirements with internal service departments—AV, DCOps, network infrastructure, and desktop support.
• As-built newly acquired space to aide in design execution and record changes to existing space to ensure proper recording of space configuration.
• Restack and move management – consult with user groups to determine current space requirements, understand headcount projections, and plan for future space needs.
• Extensive working knowledge and experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and other drafting/rendering software required.
• Knowledgeable of ADA standards, IBC, IEBC, IFC, NEC.
• Corporate workplace design and facilities management experience required.
• Experience with CMMS system, and/or invoice processing
        
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Certifications desired: NCIDQ (Interior Design License), LEED AP, and WELL AP
• Must be organized and very detail oriented
• Strong customer service aptitude
• Manages time efficiently with demonstrated ability to multi-task
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Must work well under pressure in a demanding environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
