BASIC ACCOUNTABILITY
This position will be part of the Technology - EHS/ESG support team. The role will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting various applications within the EHS department. The EHS department includes Environmental, Health & Safety, ESG, Regulatory, and Measurement areas. This member will be part of a team which includes developers, business analysts, SME’s, and data management professionals. 

EXPERIENCE
Prior experience supporting Measurement applications FlowCal and TestIT
Experience with applications, data, or processes within Oil & Gas, Environmental, Health & Safety, or Measurement disciplines is a plus

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
• Administer, support, and maintain Measurement applications including FlowCal, TestIT, CalcIT, and ProveIT
• Support several Environmental and Health & Safety applications including SAP_EHSM module (Shield), Veriforce, VerizonConnect, KPA (iScout), and Promax (among others)
• Work across multiple teams to test, package, and deploy new applications or upgrades to customers
• Manage the team’s portfolio of applications while working with vendors to keep application licenses current
• Monitor integrations, data sources, and data services related to Environmental, Health & Safety, ESG, Regulatory, and Measurement areas to ensure EHS technology remains current, stable, and usable
• Manage incident queues, and triage complex technical issues with customers
• Communicate priorities, progress, and decisions across multiple stakeholders
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions to automate, improve, or eliminate them
• Seek out the best ways to improve processes and increase effectiveness through technology  
• Meet deadlines and work in a collaborative, Agile driven approach 
• Define and execute tests and deliver results to project team members
• Serve as a mentor to less experienced members of the team  
    
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Proven analytical capabilities
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Strong aptitude to pick up new skills and technologies
• Capable of working effectively and efficiently in a team environment
• Ability to self-manage a variety of tasks and projects, while pivoting quickly as priorities shift
• Practical experience generating process documentation
• Ability to negotiate and work with multiple vendors around software or development requirements
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence solutions such as Power BI or SpotFire
• Experience working with Citrix, .NET, Java, SQL, Python, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Power Apps, and Power Query
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum processes a plus
