BASIC ACCOUNTABILITY
The Night Production Analyst is responsible for documentation, coordination, and monitoring of multiple Production fields, SWD and Midstream alarms and activities through the use of software toolsets. Works under minimal supervision to complete complex tasks. Reports to DSC Assistant Foreman of Night Operations.
EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
Requires a minimum of 7 years of related industry experience in operations
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure data from corrective repairs are accurate and being streamed
• Incorporate new data into DSC process
• Ensure corrections are validated in CygNet
• Provide pertinent production related data when needed.
• Generate off production report
• Notify pipeline operator of system changes or alarms
• Review and coordinate on alarm notifications and reports
• Validate alarms are working correctly after setting change
• Analyze production Reports
• Collaborate with Engineer, Optimization Operator & Lease Operator concerning wells and lease activities - Process
• Identify producing well alarms
• Notify operator of SWD system alarms/notifications - volumes, pressures, levels
• Ensure set point and end device changes during inspections are accurate and being streamed/alarms are correctly set and functional
• Trouble shoot well parameters (for automated wells)
• Apply intermediate and advanced skills in the application of relevant software packages
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Oil and gas industry experience required
• Practice safe work habits at all times
• Demonstrate commitment to Devon Attributes
• Strong computer skills
• CygNet experience preferred
• Strong math and science skills
• Familiarity with drilling/production processes and terminology
• Able to travel as required
