Field Administrative Supervisor supervises a team of Field Administration Support personnel. Leads and oversees the provision of administrative support services to Operations teams. Provides mentorship, coaching, development, and performance reviews for field administration support staff, as well as responsible for field administration support personnel and recruitment.
High School diploma or equivalent; Related post-secondary education is preferred
Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience, with a minimum of 3 years of previous supervisory experience

• Perform administrative and leadership responsibilities
• Ensures compliance to applicable policies, standards, practices
• Oversee the work of Administrative Support staff and Procurement Administrators in the district
• Responsible for ensuring timely completion of all the accounting in the field
• Organize and execute employee onboarding
• Create and maintain org charts for the district
• Conduct performance reviews for direct reports
• Participate in plans for the future of the district including succession planning
• Coordinate meetings and open houses as necessary
• Set goals and priorities for admin staff based on requirements and objectives of the area
• Manage, develop, and coach Administrative Support staff providing feedback on performance and recommendations for improvement
• Participate in recruitment of Administrative Support staff, provide coaching, mentoring, and other training
• Encourage and support staff in identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement and efficiencies within current processes and work tasks

• Oil and gas industry experience preferred
• Practice safe work habits at all times
• Demonstrate commitment to Devon Attributes
• Advanced level computer skills
• Experience working in remote locations preferred
• Technical background in SAP
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong leadership, supervisory and coaching skills
