Basic Accountability

Compressor Technologist will be responsible for supporting and optimizing compression fleet. Job duties include supporting production and engineering teams for future needs and in field moves, capturing comprehensive data, facilitating monthly Vendor KPI with tactical compression teams, and working to ensure accurate credit identification. Collaborate with Supply Chain/Engineering on compressor sizing/packaging on future needs and projects.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

 

Experience

Requires a minimum of 5 years of related industry experience in compression operations.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Always demonstrate safe and ethical behavior.
  • Exercise stop work if unsafe conditions exist or are suspected.
  • Collaborate with production staff to address and resolve compression-related issues.
  • Compression Fleet Optimization. Anticipate future requirement and implement sizing strategies.
  • Oversee compressor relocations. Accountable for planning and execution and partnering with stakeholders for notifications (Supply Chain, MDM, Production, Etc.).
  • Facilitate monthly KPI meetings with vendors on performance.
  • Compression performance credit identification and accountability.
  • Coordinate with vendors and tactical teams to ensure emission compliance.
  • Facilitating ORR/PSSR review and approvals prior to commissioning equipment.
  • Possess a thorough understand of compression package requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
